Libpcap 0.8.3 gets IPv6 addresses on OS X 10.3.2, at least; 10.3.4
should have libpcap 0.8.1, although if you got it via a Software Update
you'll probably have to install the header files from the tcpdump.org
tarball, as Software Update doesn't update the headers, it just updates
the .dylib.
