I agree (I suspect that's why people ask how to "save as text"; it's done
in "Print" in Microsoft Network Monitor, but that means NetMon's behavior
doesn't match that of other Windows applications I've seen).

BTW, "Save" and "Print" have the same sort of range GUI options, and if we
do "save dissection as text" and "save dissection as PDML" in a "Save
Dissection As" dialog box, that'd be a third dialog box with those
options; currently, "file_dlg.c" and "print_dlg.c" have almost exactly the
same code to put that into the dialog box, but it might be useful to have
that in common code.
