This may be a bug in the current build system.
(Will exsits until we move the dissector files).

Do the wfoolowing:
cd epan
automake
./config.status Makefile
./config.status depfiles

and try again.

PS: In case you want the accents in your name to be diplayed
  properly, you should set the mime type of your mails
  to iso-8859-1 or iso-8859-15 or utf-8 instead of just ascii.
