After a week's testing (Win2K and WinNT) with no problems I can say that the
UCD-SNMP4.2.2 libraries work with Ethereal on Windows.
I have made a zip available that I hope could be added to the
/distribution/win32/development/ directory. It carries instructions on what
makefiles and config files needs changing for Win32 (additions really).

I have done a build of Ethereal for Win32 that has SNMP and Pavel Mores TCP
Graphing code. I have also packaged it with the MIBs but without the debug
symbols and PDBs to make the download much smaller. This is a standalone
installer so it will work out of the box.
Please note this is not an official build of Ethereal but stable and useful
nonetheless.

NOTE: Set the environment variable MIBS=ALL to allow the SNMP libraries to
resolve every MIB reference when doing your sniffing.
