Wireshark · Ethereal-dev: [Ethereal-dev] Undefined macros in Makefile.nmake files

The Makefile.nmake in the root of the source tree contains references to
$O and $S macros in the .c inference rule.  These are not defined
anywhere causing the vc60.pdb file to be written to the root of the
build drive.

Seeing as they seemingly have no purpose, should I simply remove the
references to these macros?  (The other fix is to define O=. and S=.)
