As I remember:

	it includes an NDIS driver to do the low-level capturing, and a
	library atop it;

	said driver looked as if it were derived from sample code
	supplied by Microsoft with, I think, one of the Windows NT DDKs.

If so, there could be copyright/licensing issues with that code....
