It built, but with some warnings; I checked in a change to squelch the
warnings.

It didn't built if you don't have any SNMP library at all; I checked in
a change to fix that as well.  (If you don't have UCD or CMU SNMP, you
still get an SNMP dissector; it just can't turn OIDs into names.)
