We now handle them like SNAP packets with an OUI of 00-00-00 (although
if Apple has some 08-00-07 frames that have something *other* than an
Ethernet type as the protocol ID, we'll have to change that).

We also now, for SNAP frames for protocols we don't know, list the OUI
and PID in the Info column - and, for non-SNAP 802.2 frames, list both
the DSAP and the SSAP.

I also removed the "802.2 LLC" from the Info column - the Protocol
column indicates that it's an LLC frame, and the "802.2 LLC" cluttered
the column and could push the DSAP/SSAP or SNAP OUI/PI information past
the right edge of the window.
