OK, I've added to "Makefile.am" rules to make "editcap", and added code
to "editcap" to let "-F" take a symbolic name rather than a number for
the output capture file type, and to list all the types it can write in
the usage message.

(Note: Network Monitor 1.x format is specified as "netmon1"; at some
point we may add the ability to write Network Monitor 2.x format, which
would be "netmon2".)
