He could use something like Ettercap (http://ettercap.sourceforge.net) to ARP Poison his network and route all traffic to his sniffing system.

With the small number of systems, it should be possible to handle that traffic without much degradation.

After taking a look at the site and the pictures,  it is evident you have a 10/100 Switch. If this switch does not have the capability of port mirroring (check your manual if possible) you'll have to try one of the previously suggested methods (buying a small switch that has this capability, or choosing an option listed in the previous wireshark link for capture setup).
