Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Apply as column

In the wireshark book, it states you can right-click and choose "apply
as column".  It shows the option available on page 71 in the
right-click menu.

I can't get it to be available .  I was using V1.2.7, and upgraded to
V1.2.8 in the hope it may be there, but still no luck.

Anyone any ideas what's wrong?
