Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Comparing Ingress and Egress PCAPs - How?

Howdy.

I have captures on both sides of a hardware device.  I'm trying to
find a way to conveniently compare the two rather large pcaps to
figure out what the hardware device is dong to the streams (losses,
latency, reorders, etc.).  Can this be done in wireshark, and if not,
does someone have a suggestion?
