Is there any way to compile the actual source code for Tiger?

Certainly. The source code can be compiled on PowerPC or Intel on 10.4
AFAIK (if not, let us know and we'll fix it so it does).

Note, of course, that you'll need "developer" versions of the supporting libraries (GLib, GTK+).

Who or where could I get a XCode proyect from...? (if there was one)

We don't have an Xcode project file at this time. We do it all in the
CLI with GNU autotools.

I.e, "./configure, make, make install", just as on any other UN*X. :-)
