What's the putput of "show monitor session 1" on the 3560? Can you double check whether the PC with Wireshark on it is indeed patched on the port listed in the output?

I do have "promiscous mode" checked within the Options screen

Are you sure that the port monitoring is wrong for a 3560?

Maybe I'm missing something.
