You'll need to make sure the following two packages are installed
   (using yum or rpm):
   wireshark
   wireshark-gnome

(I would expect that the packages are available as part of your standard Red-Hat
distribution).

Once the packages are installed, you'll be able to run wireshark from the
command line and I would expect a Wireshark option to appear on one of the
applications menus.
