This is a great effort done.  I think it is a good service to the user 
community to have an easy to install package directly from us on OS X 
like we do on Windows.  Have you considered wrapping it up into a single 
icon applicatoin like other OS X apps with the libraries all shoved into 
a "single program"?  A program called Platypus can help do this.  We do 
essentially the same thing on Windows by stuffing it all into one folder
