Hi,

I read v.0.99.3 is now under the US export control due
to it's decryption features. What limits do the US
export contorls put on this new version?

Is there a version planned that will not be
constrained by US export control? The new version's
bug fixes are important but I'd rather not use a
version limited by the export regulations.

Thanks,
