A dual speed hub must have a switch inside to connect hub ports that are 
10Mbps to hub ports that are 100Mbps.  Are all of your devices running 
at the same speed?  You also need to check "Capture packets in 
promiscuous mode" in the capture options dialog to get another machine's 
traffic.
