Title: Can't get wiretap-0.99.1pre1 to compiled under OpenBSD current

Same error as another user posted on June 11th.  I compile wiretap and I get the
following error after it compiles for a while:

[snip]
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lwiretap
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
[snip]

Thanks,
Josh
