Its the accurate-network-monitor from hhd software (se link below)
This is not a free of charge software but there is a demo version you can try out.

OK. To bad.

Well I do have found a nother app that actually can but since i realy think
that wireshark is such a greate and powerful tool (Thanks to everybody
involved for the greate job you all have done and are doing), I would have
prefered using wireshark also for these kind of tasks.
