Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Valgrind Fuzz-Bot Filing Bugs

Is the valgrind step of the fuzz-bot not set to file bugs on failure (like the usual fuzzing step)? The failure at [1] doesn't seem to have generated a bug, at least.

In this case it wasn't a real error (I added a suppression in r51434) but in general it should be producing bugs.
