Wireshark is available as a package as part of Fedora from the usual 
Fedora package sites.

Use yum or rpm in the usual manner.

# yum -C list 'Wireshark*'

Installed Packages
wireshark.i686                                    1.2.8-3.fc13 

wireshark-gnome.i686                              1.2.8-3.fc13
