Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Doesn't "ANY" be allowed in XML DTD?

I defined a XML DTD and I found when I use "ANY" as content type,

Wireshark will show me the warnings, is it not allowed?

What can be a replacement type? "(PCDATA|EMPTY)*"?
