Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] dumpcap.exe -S

Apparently there is no way to stop "dumpcap.exe -S"?  I would expect
Ctrl-C to be able to stop it.  Is that by design or shall I file a bug
report for it?

By the way, I'm running SVN 25436 on Windows XP.
