Hi.

In asn1/pkix1explicit I find both pkix1explicit-exp.cnf and  
pkix1explicit_exp.cnf, which is not equal.  The pkix1explicit-exp.cnf  
is built on make but not used in any other modules (and deleted on  
make clean).  The pkix1explicit_exp.cnf is not built but is used in  
several modules.

Is this by design or by a mistake?
