My OS X 10.4 machine finds pcap_breakloop, but doesn't give the implicit
declaration error when compiling capture_loop.c. pcap_breakloop is
defined in /usr/include/pcap.h on my machine. It must be different on
OS X 10.3, which the buildbot runs. Gerald, any ideas?
