If WinPcap can capture on the "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" (somebody
with the account "UlfLamping" said on the CaptureSetup/Loopback page in
the Wireshark Wiki that it can :-)), perhaps installing that, and
running some simple traffic generator sending traffic to the loopback
adapter's IP address while the capture test is running, would work.
