I like the new feature.  It would be nice to have a not <protocol> as 
well as you mentioned.  On a similar note, I don't like how the follow 
tcp stream leaves the conversation filter in place when I close it.  
Perhaps we could have an extra button to keep this from happening when 
it is closed?
