Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Access packet value

Hi, 

I am wondering how can I access specific packet value in Ethereal, for
example if Via field (string) in a SIP packets is interested, how can I
quote that value in other function outside the packet-sip.c? Thanks in
advance for your kindly help!
