I was able to build yesterday after performing the SVN switch noted by Gerald. I wanted the new icons added to see how they looked but after performing and SVN update I cannot build wireshark.

packet-rnsap.c
packet-rnsap-template.c(45) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pack
et-umts_rrc.h': No such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.
