patch add deflate to sip message body decoding

Apple's facetime uses 'deflate' for Message body Content-Encoding but SIP
dissector only understands 'gzip'
Notes:
- Attached packet has its SIP display field manually overwritten for privacy
reason, the UDP checksum is wrong.
- following SIP RFC tests should be case insensitive.
