Patch fixes Lua 5.2 panic problem
The patch fixes both Problem-1 and Problem-2 described in the previous comment.
And it performs the class/meta registration using exactly the same code for
Lua 5.1 and 5.2.
Also I added verbose comments since I realize Lua's C-API calls and stack
interactions are not obvious.
