Sample call

There is a sample file at http://wiki.wireshark.org/TDMoE but it looks like
it's truncated, and either the D-Channel was truncated, or it doesn't contain
one.

I've attached my own capture, contains 1 sample call. The D-Channel is on
channel 24, which is what I defaulted the preference to, so it should just
work. I would type "lapd" into the filter box after loading the capture, to
filter out the less interesting packets. (TDMoE sends 1000 packets in each
direction per second, so when there's no calls up, the packets aren't too
interesting)

I also have an example of an Abort, but I would have to get permission to share
that one.
