I just tried restarting wireshark with and without the AES256 option selected.
In either case it seems to decrypt the same way as the "Decrypted ScopedPDU"
values come out the same. 

I can see if the network engineering folks can setup a switch with temporary
SNMP auth/privacy strings that we could share in a capture..  might take a
while though..
