[PATCH 7] Bluetooth: Fix interfaces

This patch fix potential inconsistency introduced with r47651. In other words:
Bluetooth world (in Wireshark) have begin in "interface_id". I guess there is
need to update all other stored data tree to use interface_id, for example
cid_to_psm_table and similar thinks in other Bluetooth protocols. I will try do
this in near feature (because this issue cause wrong decoding of packet when
more then two interfaces or adapters is seen in logs [for example 2 Bluetooth
devices over USB])
