Yes, thats another bug which is already fixed. The capture was taken with intel
62xx card.
With 3.5.0 Kernel:

That card is not conveying that it is adding FCS to the radiotap frame but its
sending the frame with FCS added causing wireshark to treat FCS as IE, hence
the malformed packet.
Check the radiotap flags, "FCS at END" is not set but we can see the FCS at the
end of the frame.
with 3.8.0 kernel:
==================
Lots of changes undergone in to iwlwifi, this behavior is not seen.
