packet-mq patch for V7 protocol

Here is a patch that implements support for the MQSeries V7 protocol.
It also adds a few opcodes which appeared in V7 protocol.
Also the "multi-PDU" trick was changed to use the "col_set_fence" API.
Patch was generated and tested against version 1.8.5.
