I ran the capture file on v1.8.2 and a significant number of the malformed
packets no longer exist.  Since it wasn't 0 (malformed at packets 1858, 2923,
2974 in what appears to be a fragmentation/reassembly issue), I'm not going to
call this "FIXED", but there has definitely been progress on the RTMP dissector
since this bug was written.
