Do not inject -L$prefix/lib into LDFLAGS

The configure script and libtool combined are smart enough to figure out for
themselves where to find libraries to link to, and on very special systems,
people can always set LDFLAGS to include their special library locations. The
bug mentioned in the patch is on Gentoo's bug tracker[1].
