I have a patch ready that replaces the deprecated basic security option
dissection from RFC 791 by the one coming from RFC 1108 (it also adds the
dissection of extended security option as a bonus).
As RFC 1108 is out since 1991 and is the one referenced by iana.org, I'm
tempted to completely drop the basic security option dissection from RFC 791
(instead of having a preference to choose between both and adding complexity).
If agreed, I can commit it quickly.
