This patch allows the use of the existing V5.2 dissector not only by IP (V5.2
UA) but also by captures from physical E1 links using V5.2 envelope function
and V5.2 data link layer encapsulation. A dissector for these two layers is
included, as well as a new encapsulation type and an extension of the EyeSDN
wtap module.
Please review and commit is suitable.
