Are the SIP packets still there? If not, it may be because they were
reassembled (see bug 6864 and/or bug 3315). Further, if the SIP is not there
then you're probably missing the call setup info that tells Wireshark to decode
those UDP packets as RTP. To fix /that/, you'd need to select the RTP
preference that says to try to decode RTP outside of conversations.
If the SIP not being there is the root cause of this bug, you (or I, after your
confirmation) should close this as a duplicate of bug 3315.
