There's the catch. Stuff on SampleCaptures is easier for humans to find but is
NOT automatically picked up by the buildbot for fuzz testing (at least last I
heard). For that to happen, they need to (also) be attached to a Wireshark bug
[as a regular old PCAP file, not tar'd or zip'd, though of course just gzip'd
is okay].
