Add methods TvbRange:{,le_}ustring{,z}()
Amended previous patch:
Added methods ustringz and le_ustringz. Also sent correctly ENC_LITTLE_ENDIAN
or ENC_BIG_ENDIAN to tvb_get_ephemeral_unicode_string{,z}.
