This appears either to be an X server bug triggered by what certain versions of
GTK+ do or a bug in certain GTK+ versions that, for some reason, doesn't show
up with the Snow Leopard X server but does show up with the Lion server.

Michael, could you update the Snow Leopard buildbots to a newer version of
GTK+? The macosx-setup.sh script in the trunk should pretty much do that
automatically (and, by default, should also install some support libraries that
I don't think are on the current buildbot, such as libsmi and the GeoIP
library, so the OS X releases will have more capabilities).
