Should be fixed in r39181. I added the heuristics checks to the top of
dissect_xmcp_message(), but there's probably still a chance the heuristics will
succeed; yet the packet really isn't xmcp. Well, it fixes this bug at least.
Changes tested using the attached capture file as well as those attached to bug
6319. (Sorry, I forgot to reference this bug in my commit message to r39181.)
