OK, so all of that means that the handling of VLAN tags *MUST NOT* be done in
the Ethernet dissector. The best places would probably be the "Ethernet type"
dissector (ethertype()) and the SNAP dissector (dissect_snap()), *IF* doing it
there can avoid reintroducing *ANY* of the bugs listed.
