Bug 1636 pertains to text2pcap not being able to handle packet summary
information exported from Wireshark when trying to convert the text file back
to a pcap file using text2pcap.
This bug was opened as a Wireshark feature enhancement to allow one to import
files of various file types, ideally all the types that Wireshark can export
to, such as: Plain text, postscript, csv, c array, etc. Importing from a text
file is only one possibility and an idea was presented that Wireshark might be
able to make use of text2pcap to accomplish that.
Anyway, this bug report isn't really the same as bug 1636, so reopening.
