I think that the approach Wireshark follows is the right one: Try to dissect
unknown header types like unknown TLVs by dumping them and going to the next
extension header. Unfortunately not all Extension headers (protocol types)
follow this structure. So maybe adding a case for "known bad" extension types
would make sense.
