Build Information:
it is the windows32 1.2.16 build available from the downloads page... i cannot
pull the build info because the program will not run because of this bug... i
tried wireshark -v and tshark -v and both give the reported error :?

1.2.16 does actually install but dies on execution with the following error...
The procedure entry point ___k_codepage_func could not be located in the
dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.
( i'm not sure on the number of underscore characters before the k in that
error. i have written it with three because i am unable to copy'n'paste the
error message :( )
